if we do get a third server as i said earlier ill donate but the new server should be 24/7 FLASH!
because that is the greatest map ever made.

A server that rotates through 3 maps will draw in a new crowd to eGO. It may take some time but I know for a fact there is a group there to tap into. From experience I recall Kalt, Flash and Argentan holding their own. But with Flash and 32 people its often a stalemate.

Lots of custom maps that are simply awesome to play but we just need to decide on one. The remake of Falaise was always a good fight.

Detonation maps, whole new ball of wax. If I had to choose, Colmar all the way.

Should it come to a 3rd server I'd be glad to give most of my time to it. Dont forget the beach maps! (Charlie)

I'd love to see another server as well, and I'd be happy to donate...I just need to get my paypal in order. A 24/7 Flash or Argentan would be terrific, but I think a rotating server of non-customs might work really well too; I love Donner and all, but man cannot live on bread alone.

if there was a rotating server it should rotate through kalt,flash.jagd,colmar,and anzio.

Is it Flashville that has the three objectives that the allies must detonate? That is a good one for a server this size.

If a third server were to be "deployed", I believe rotating maps a decent idea. Outside the two already on their own, there's a lot of contention on which map is the best and taking just one might be alienating some potentials. If a shorter rotation were chosen, I think there are a couple of fantastic third-party ones out there (Paysage, Solerno, and Anvil), but most gamers aren't aware of how good these are and seeing a server with them on it, might discourage some new players from getting on the server... Putting the other official ones on and having short rotation times I think might get people on for varieties sake..... Perhaps 20 or 30 minute map times... and I think you'd get lots of people on them. With shorter rotations, you might even be able to work in a couple of these third-party maps and keep everyone happy.

From what I've been seeing we're having trouble keeping the Avalanche server staffed in evening PST times. I think our admins would be spread too thin with a third server.

Well, I am a grown up with a real job, so I have no problem donating. However, the admin issue could be a problem. I play a lot late at night because I am also in a high end raiding guild in EverQuest that raids 4 nights a week. Usually, when I am on late, there are no admins or there is just me and maybe another recruit trying to keep the peace. Thus, the reason for 2 ban requests in a week.

110 Admins is quite a lot. Are some inactive or MiA? I pretty much see the same admins all the time. When one pops in that I have never seen before, it usually sticks out. Then again, this is a 24 hr server.

does it cost to rotate maps? So many cool maps, any maps you guys pick would be cool, to have the level of play that eGO always has, on other maps would be great. Kalt seems to have a lot of stalemates, maybe a bigger map like ChurchYard, or one with satchel charges, Fog is cool, It's been so long since ive played other servers I cant remember their names! LOL!!

its hard because at night most ppl go to sleep so not many ppl can play espically admins which is usually why the server and admin coverage dies down as the night progresses

wait if you win you'd win like a couple of million with that after taxes and some for your self you could get like ohhh....around 40-50 !amazed a month but you'd need a lot of admins x) and plus theres not that many popular maps out there...lol

I think that if a new server was to be added, a map rotation of maybe 3 or 4 different maps would be awesome and eGO could hold a vote as to which maps were played. As far as admin staffing goes, it does seem like there are not very many admins on late night and being a recruit Ive played several times when its just me and an =(eG)=. That being said if a 3rd server was added there would have to be a dedication from admins to make sure adequate coverage of all 3 servers was provided even up to the late hours at least until nobody is playing on them.
