Sup y'all!

Just was wondering where my Real Life hunters are at!?

Bow hunting, as well ass turkey, grouse, and other small game just opened last Saturday in Wisconsin! I love fall, awesome weather and lots of hunting! lol

Things I hunt:
Deer - Gun
Deer - Bow
Spring Turkey
Fall Turkey
Grouse
Pheasant (North Dakota Trip in October)
Coyotes

I've done an Antelope hunt in the past in Wyoming, but due to the drop in the Population the last couple of years, we haven't gone since 2011

My first deer that I got with my gun was a 9-Point buck in 2008. It was an Amazing shot, and I brag about the distance all the time. 324 yards! (it was an approximate distance, we walked it off and i was about 6' at the time) I was 16 years old and it was an amazing feeling and experience! I will have to get some pictures on here. The bullet did do some moving around. I aimed at the top of his back above the heart and it drifted about 12 inches down ( would have been perfect!), but with the wind it took it about 20 inches to the right and it was a gut shot. But i'm glad to say he laid down right there and he did not go to waste.

Anyone else with thier stores and pictures would be great! i'll get some later!

Hello fellow Wisconsinite! As the days get colder I find myself reaching for my bow more often, now just waiting for a time when I can get out there! Can't wait for the chances i get this fall and winter.
I hunt
Gun & Bow-Deer
Gun & Bow- Turkey
Bow-Elk (upcoming)
Now we wait for this random Wisconsin weather to bring us the conditions we need for the hunt!

I am a deer hunter in Missouri. I use a bow only. I have been thinking of traveling to Wisconsin to hunt because my girlfriends family has some hunting ground there up by the UP. How are the whitetails there?

Yes I'm going up this weekend but I don't think I'm going to sit, Its calling for 72 and Thunderstorms and its only the 2nd weekend. I like to wait until October usually. I bow hunt in the Crivitz area and its buck only this year, and I'm not in a buck heavy spot, so I'm going to have to wait for the Rut.

Whitetails here are awesome! You can find yourself a really nice size buck near the UP, but it might be hard if you don't scout them. There are a lot of hunters in WI, so if you see a big buck, so does your 3 neighbors, lol and I can guarantee you that if they aren't trying to kill it, their friend or other family is.. lol

Small world! My Girlfriends family is in Spread Eagle, we were in Crivitz this summer for a wedding.

I hunted a wabbit one time, but he got away....maybe you've seen him.

yeah I started off the same way! I was the "runner" is what they called me. When they shot a bird, my job was to keep my eye on it and run it down lol

Does hunting noobs count? :P:P

I dont see why not!

When I think of hunting to me i think of fishing! I caught this baby tarpon in a lake where I used to work, about 15 lbs.

thats a nice fish there CampGround! They only thing I've caught that big was when I went Deep Sea fishing and I caught some realy nice sized fish, it was awesome! I WI I mostly do Walleye fishing and panfishing. My biggest Walleye is 22", not sure on the weight tho.

thanks man these tarpon can live in fresh water or salt water, they normally live in salt water but they come to freshwater to breed im pretty sure and they have a air bladder which makes them able to go up to the top of the water and actually breath air kinda cool.
