Favorite add ons from Firefox???

Just wondering since I've used Firefox for a long while now, but never got into any of the add ons or skins.

All I use is...faster fox...and some of the download helpers..

I can never get the skins to work. I wonder if they are Vista incompatible.

If you use download helpers, get downthemall. Does its job better than DAP or GetRight and is actually made for Firefox.

i use fasterfox as my best addon.. it does wat its named lol

i also use vista on my laptop and skins are fine. i use redshift v2

I'm using it now here at work. Makes it pretty interesting. Back, foreward, new tab, and new window

I love the closed tabs add-on. I'm not sure exactly what it's called, but it remembers tabs I've closed so that I can restore tabs if I accidentally closed them or if I need them back.

I use a Vista skin that sorta matches with the Vista theme on my XP.

DTA is definitely a must have if you have to download many things at once. I also use FLST, Download Statusbar, Forecastfox Enhanced, EditCSS (great for web developers), Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer (keeps your bookmarks synced across browsers), Full Screen Homestar Runner, Html Validator (developer tool), Live HTTP Headers (developer tool), MesureIt (developer tool), PDF Download (tames the annoying PDFs), and Stop-or-Reload Button.

My fav's:

Adblock + Adblock Filterset.G updater -- one blocks the ads, the other finds out what to block... pretty simple, and two extensions nobody should be without

All-In-One Gestures -- Provies mouse gestures, but I use it mostly for the ability to 'scroll' through the tabs with the scroll button

FireFTP -- FTP client built right into Firefox. Doesn't have every feature out there, but plenty for most ppl

Flashblock -- a must have for anybody who visits any 'video' sites. Replaces any flash content with a placeholder, which you can click to load the applet (or right-click to whitelist the site)

IETab -- great for cross-browser testing, or when a page just refuses to work right in firefox

Tab Mix Plus -- let's you customize pretty much everything dealing with the tab bar, plus has a built-in session saver

As far as skins go, I haven't seen any that are more than just a button replacement or a bad 'cartoonish' skin.

No-Script - bar none. No outside scripts or ads shown on websites by default. You need to allow sites to run scripts. A little tedious when you first get it as you surf through your sites and allow javascript to run, etc. But basically, no ads or popups. It's great.
