Packet Loss in TS

The past day and a half I've had some problems with Teamspeak and connecting to the eGO teamspeak server.

When I manage to connect to the server (it fails to connect most of the time haha) and jump into a channel, I can hear voices but constantly cutting in and out, almost robotic. And then it disconnects me from the server :( I checked my connection info only to find that my ping is as 50-60 and my packet loss is at 50 to 70%...(read on the TS website that this should ideally be below 5% soooo)

Only started acting up since last night or so...ideas?

that is odd.. if you dont get any tech answer here, I would suggest to put this in the drop box, and ear mark it for the tech team. Perhaps they have an answer, if no one here has any clue

Im having the same problem since yesterday as well. Tried everything but no luck..... any solutions ?

Saw ur from canada as well, is ts blocking or slowing down canadian ips or something lol

try unistalling man and reinstalling. my ts was giving me issues, im from the US and once i reinstalled it it worked fine

Re installing did not help.

EDIT: Threw this in the dropbox, will come back here if a solution comes up.

I got a few lag spikes in TS a few nights ago, but have not had any trouble getting on lately.

Contact your ISP and make sure they're not having issues. If you have a decent provider who takes care of their people, you should be able to get someone to help you with minimal issues.

It's possible that your ISP main connection line to the TS3 server is having some maintenance done and that's probably why you were having problems. That, or a big spike of Canadians just hop onto the internet.

Contacted leadership and discovered that the packet loss was at Bells end, so all you Canadians (including myself) who are on bell internet should now be able to get on TS.
