With the NHL season only a few weeks away. I wanted to see who is a hockey fan and who do you root for.

I myself am a L.A. Kings fan. Been a fan of theirs since my dad took me to my 1st game when I was 4 (1975....Yes, I just admitted how old I am). Got to witness Gretzky's goal #802 to break Gordie Howe's goal record. Being one of the few if not the only team to defeat 3 canadian teams to reach the 1993 finals. Heartbreak of the loss to the Habs in 1993 finals (attended game 3).

Domination of the 2011-2012 Stanley Cup playoffs to win their 1st Cup as an 8th seed. Emotional time for me as my dad had passed away on Jan 10th 2012 and never able to witness his favorite team win a cup.

Returning as cup champs this past season. Looking forward to them defending the cup this season.

I am a Hockey fan, I go to some AHL games every now and then, but would love to see a NHL game first hand. Personally, I don't know what team to like yet, I'm unsure xD

I'm a Bruins fan myself. I like hockey but for some reason I can't stand watching it on television. I've been to several Norfolk Tides games over the years and I've loved all of them.
