try dissabling if you havent already

if disabling it helps you might try avast av thats what i use x64 compatable good reviews free, doesnt affect anything but ut3 for me

yeah im really starting to think on the memory issue for the rebooting can u plz post mem specs and cpu/mb specs as it could be something there

did all this run fine previously or is this a problem you have been fighting all along with steam?

I'm with GTI Steve on that. If the video drivers don't work, you might want to run memtest. With it acting like that it totally sounds like bad RAM.

also if you have dual core and have ran any of the hotfixes to "support" them they can cause issues from what i see... although as soon as i get home im trying the amd fix

can you find the latest drivers for me about 2 weeks ago i looked and downloaded some but i have no idea if they are the right ones im sorry but i have no idea which one is thr right one

Yeah dude, use the XP drivers that I posted earlier. Those are the most current.
