You can change which side your guns are on by typing cl_righthand 0 or 1 in the console (0 is left handed and 1 is right handed).

sorry but this has what point exactly right handed in real life you use your mouse on right side and if left vise versa

and this changes your game play how exactly ??
seems pointless to me like what side your gun is holstered in game
