<div style="width: 500px; text-align: center" align="center">Tomorrow, OVERKILL is releasing a new PAYDAY 2 DLC, with a theme based on the highly praised indie game, Hotline Miami. When asked why they were releasing the themed DLC, OVERKILL responded, "Because we love Hotline Miami!"

Hotline Miami is a gory, overhead game with lots of 80's nostalgia and weapons. With this new DLC, we will expect some great stuff, including new weapons (including the Tec-9 and Uzi), new music from the Hotline Miami composer, and a brand new heist. You can read all the details and watch the trailer here.

The DLC will cost $6.99 and you may purchase it here. Keep it up heisters!

Mmmm... Time to poke General McBadass and see if he can make a Lana "Spray & Pray" Kane build with the tec-9...

I have both the games so I am really surprised they are making DLC about it :D

EIGHT MASKS. Eight freaking brand new masks, and every one of them looks freaking amazing... The slight twist with some of the stuff that was revealed is that anything marked with the funny red circle with 3 claw marks or whatever through it can only be unlocked if you own Hotline Miami on Steam as well.

Gone through it a few times now and day 1 is a real killer... You can cook meth if you want (without having to wait for Bain's horribad instructions from searching Yahoo!), there's random loot laying around from coke to weapons to money, and the open parking lot area can be a real deathtrap on higher difficulties due to the snipers way across the street.

Day 2 has bugs though. The large steel door you have to blast open at the very beginning? It can be walked through before you blow it up simply by crouch walking through it. Note that this DOES NO count as getting through the door obviously, so good ol' Commissar is sitting in the elevator doing absolutely nothing. Also revived a guy who somehow got stuck between a wall and an open door in the Commissar's office, which was interesting.

Have all 8 masks though now, and I'm absolutely loving the Scorpion. She's about as accurate as firing a rifle while someone shakes you like crazy, but she's got good damage and a great fire rate. And seeing the uzi get a silenced barrel extension that somehow doesn't decrease its damage is odd too, not counting the 10 less damage from not having a Funnel O' Fun on it.
