Battlefield 4 Out of Bounce on Locker

Can someone help clarify what they mean and where out of bounds is on the Operation Locker map?

Is it only when someone runs into a "Warning Out of Bounds" area, but keeps going to get around something?

Or is the out of bounds line on the side of the mountain bugged and you don't get a warning?

Because I've been told that people are running out of bounds to get to "E" or "A" so many times its unbelievable.

Now I've run along the side to get down to a point before, and one eGO member ( not going to name any names ) said I was out of bounds, where another eGO member said that I was perfectly fine running down there. lol

I've seen eGO members complain that people are running out of bounds to get down to a point, but then I've seen that same member running in the exact same spot the round later? lol

So, I'm not sure if that people are just using it to complain or what?! haha


Now the last rumor I heard was that there is a big patch to day... is this "out of bounds" bug going to be fixed to day? If not, we should clarify because I have no clue nor do I know how to enforce it.

Bounds, not bounce. People tend to run down the hill into the redzone to not get seen, which is not allowed

Okay, so the Redzone will give you a warning and you have 10 seconds to get back correct? or is this what they mean by its a bug because you're Out of Bounds, but not getting the warning?

They said leadership will talk and clear it up. I think they were going to wait till the big patch released to see if DICE patched any of said areas before they put the final word in.
