Hello Jack,

Yes the time is set for European players to join the event. The event starts around 2 pm EST USA which is about 5-7 hours behind you. So around 7pm Euro time should be starting. We are working on a FAQ's page which will include a time zone converter as well

Actually, to be specific you need only certain map packs. Dragons teeth and Second Assault. Anyone of the Advisors feels free to correct me if I'm wrong.

We are going to do most servers as DLC Dragons Teeth and Second Assault. We are also going to do a Vanilla maps server for the event so those who dont have the DLC's can play as well.
