This confuses me only because of the second condition of "and joining the BF division" Does this mean that members of other divisions can not partake in the event?

Yes, what if someone does want to join but they decide to be in another division? Can they still do that or can they only do it if they're Battlefield?
 
Sorry for the confusion. You can be a member of any division to play. Members will be placed first in the servers. For those looking for information need to go to the Battlefield Division Forums
 
One last question and I shall be on my way since I really do want to take part in this event and was unable to do so at the zombies event. By members being placed first in the servers are you meaning eGO members in general or Battlefield Division members? Just curious is all. Thanks for answering the previous question as well.

All, first come first serve basis.
 
Yes as Wize has said all members will be placed in the servers regardless of rank or division. The only exception is DICE and Youtube VIP's which will be placed equally in servers so that members and players get the chance to play with them during the event. Each server will be 64 players. The Zombie event was harder because we were limited to 32 per server for each round.

Really nice work to the organizers and eGO as a community. eGO has come a long way since the BF:BC2 days
