Attention members of the DoD:S division!
We are currently taking applications for people that are serious about helping us with recruiting. If accepted, the team will be spearheading our efforts to recruit quality people.
All ranks are welcome, all ages. If you do not spend a lot of time in our servers, please do not apply! We need people that are familiar with our regular players, and have a keen eye to see new players to the server that have come back repeatedly. To do this, you must be present many of the times that the servers are in use.
This is a new concept~ NTK was going to be leading the recruiting efforts for our division, but he has turned up MIA, and we need to get something going. Our recruiting has been non existent for too long.
It is my hope that the team can spot and recruit new and friendly people. There will be no quota, I would prefer quality of the recruit rather than sheer numbers. I have games in a pool as prizes, but they will not be given out on how many recruits you get. Rather, I will come up with a way to hand these out for different reasons. We will have regular recruiting drives again.
It is also my hope that we can get a former member of PSC to help out, he or she can answer and help with any and all application questions that arise quickly and efficiently.
The previous thread asking for people to sign up for the recruiting class should be ignored. I would invite all that had applied to sign up for the team. We will go over briefly how our recruiting should be handled, but I don't think a class is necessary, although a short tutorial on exactly how to walk someone through the application process might be beneficial. Just the desire to recruit excellent people is all that is required.
