So now that Nanotechnology is being added pretty much in a town 3 minutes away from mine, I'm interested in the subject a little. This thread is gonna be a little weird but, just roll with it.

So, what's your favorite part of Technology or if in school favorite part of Tech Class.

P.S. Just a little bored right now!

Nanotechnology is a science subject. Not much of a tech subject. Seeing as how they mess with atomic and molecular structures.

It is fascinating but not the type of tech that relates to computer hardware and gaming.

Favorite part of tech? Networking.

Networking is my favorite as well. That's my concentration in school.

Would have to agree with Networking, both as a school class (Network Admin class) and for personal use.

Game Development, I work with the Torque3d engine quite a bit (you can get it M.I.T. licensed free at garagegames.com :) ), you can build and sell your own game royalty free.

Mines coding, the money is in network security however, but I'd much prefer doing coding and programming and hardware.

My favorite part of technology?

Well I work in Information Technology so...

Coding for me. Done a bit of Python for fun, but couldn't find anything nice to create other than the occasional fizzbuzz to help me remember.
Other than that, I've tried making my own website and messing with JS/JQuery without any real success :(

Favorite technology is coding, specifically matlab and other software that I can use to model mathematical formulas and such. Working with liquid crystals for university research and the things that matlab can do are fantastic and really make conceptual work much easier to understand.
