Ageia PhysX?

I believe you want the 'Post Your Machine' thread that is conveniently stickied at the top of this very forum.

That's pretty wild.

I know crysis and a few other games need the physX software installed, but I never knew they made an actual card. It's an oldie (the one in the article) I wonder if they still make them. I bet the competition would be FIERCE going against ATI and Nvidia.

Nvidia bought aegia and now they are putting support in for 8 series graphics cards....

I happen to have one of the PhysX cards. I originally bought with my old dual core with my 7300GT, but that was a mistake lol... Now i got my Phenom Quad and a 3870, and it works great :P

It came with Cellfactor, and running at max resolution on max graphic settings, it almost looks real, leaving out that you have some sort of magical physic power to rip walls and boxes through the floor and such.
