Canadians try to celebrate various holidays earlier than their better, American counter-parts.
Thanksgiving is one of them, they know they cant handle the Freedom and Pumpkin Pie that America offers during its Turkey Season. Also the endless TV delights that America offers (Thanksgiving Parade, The Cowboys Playing football? Detroit trying to play football? What more could you ask for?) and you follow it all up with a day of amazing savings and trampling deaths.
They do the same thing around the greatest American Holiday, The Fourth of July. They celebrate something similar on the first.
That being said, I hope all of you Hockey Loving, Tundra hugging, Maple syrup loving Canadians have a great day
