Yes, the Payday gang is once again up against the Headless Horseless Bulldozerman, except this time he's like the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man in size (dangit Wolf, you were supposed to clear your mind!). Have to admit I was laughing at seeing Wick in the picture in the fetal position in utter terror. :lol:

The events start in 2 days on the 30th, so start stocking up on holy water now.

Hah... With today's news there was a small incremental update to fix some bugs with the newer skills which forced them to disable Hoxhud until that was updated as well.

Discovered this and promptly forgot about it until doing a stealth GO Bank job where I answered a pager by just tapping 'f' instead of holding it down like you have to in the vanilla game...

Hm... Well I'm not thinking he'll be a challenge in the slightest really... What, so he's taller than a Shield's shield (and has one on his back) and wields a homemade warhammer of sorts made from a Titan safe with a smaller Titan safe as a counterweight...? Big whoop, my knife'll do the job! :scared:
 
Today's Halloween news you can use is pretty awesome honestly. Free community melee in the form of a chef's knife, two free masks just for going to https://www.humblebundle.com/weekly and entering in your email address in the box just below the game list (you'll recognize it when you see it), and the biggest awesome of all...

100% more mask space! Yes, from the humble beginnings of just 9 masks at any given time, to 36 last year during the Safehouse Nightmare event, to a whopping 72 possible mask slots as of today! Of course like all the other extra slots you'll have to buy them in the game ($800,000 I think it was?), but hey, more mask space!

Oh, and there's also one other small piece of info. Simon Viklund, the freakishly awesome OST guy he is, created a new Halloween-themed song for us to play with in the game that will stay around even after the event is gone. The name? "Clowns are Scary".
 
These look so cool! Too bad I don't have the game, and I don't think my laptop could run it either.
 
HAH! They must have accidently bugged the event or something, because right now you can stare at the ground in the event heist and the dozers won't attack you unless you get in melee range. Cloakers and the random explosions caused by the "super spooky Halloween effect" generator are pretty much the only thing you have to worry about in it right now. XD

Also pleased to find out that they added "This Is Our Time" to the menu tracklist (the song from the Hoxton breakout video at the beginning), and the Halloween masks are now treated like achievement masks in that they can be simply returned to your inventory when not wanted/needed.
