The problem is that when you're 21 and on your own you have too much responsibility to be able to stay up all night playing video games. I was lucky enough to have the "cool" parents...they would supply the mountain dew(This was pre-Bawls) and pizza for our all night lan parties in my basement.
The original Command and Conquer, Unreal Tournament, Quake and Quake 2(TFC FTW), Rainbow 6, etc.....fun times!
