Some of you have been asking how is our division doing with server rankings, how we're moving into CS:GO, the changes in Leadership, etc. Hopefully, this will give you a bit of insight into how we're doing as a division and what we can be doing better.
Events:
The CS Events Program recently went through a full revamp these past couple of weeks but we are now back in action. To start things off, we would like to welcome SevenOh!, population7, and Soul_of_a_Sinner to the EC Team. These three members, along with Fist?, CheezyShooter, and ZER0C00L have all played a large part in the revamp bringing in new events for not only CS:S and CS:GO, but TeamSpeak events as well. With the program back in action, we are looking at moving towards many more CS:GO events in addition to Last Man Standing and the Competitive Scrim Plugin we have played in the past. Be on the look out for those new events heading your way in the coming month. Also, we are looking at creating events at different times to allow more people to come out and join us for the fun. We are constantly looking for new maps, plugins, and other ideas for events so that we can keep bringing everyone an awesome event experience. Admin Training:
As many of you probably know, admin training is one of our most important programs around since it is the cornerstone to developing our members into full-fledged knowledgeable administrators. Without this program and the admin trainers themselves, the quality of our servers would be much less defined and enjoyable than what it is. We, as a community, rely on competent admins who go through training to ensure our servers stay fun, sane and stress free. For CS, we currently have three fantastic admin trainers: dotPHUNK and Buffhamster as the Advanced Admin Trainers, and Blaze as the Basic Admin Trainer. Currently, the admin trainer team could use some more help. Ideally, five trainers for CS is desired, so if you have been an O for a minimum of six months, contact RogueOps if you're interested. Becoming an admin is an earned merit, becoming an admin trainer is a privilege. Show us you have what it takes to shape our future G's and O's into fine admins.
Recruiting:
Recruiting is one of the main things that keep eGO alive. Counter Strike is known for having some of the best recruiters that eGO is known to offer. As we continue growing as an organization, the importance of having recruiters plays a huge role that will continue to help us grow. Sadly, we at the moment do not have many as we used to and are looking for a couple of people that will help us achieve what was done in the past. As we wrap up the year, we will continue to improve on this part of our division and also prepare for the coming year. We will be planning some recruiting classes and also get some fun contest out there that will require working together as a division! Saying that, we are currently looking for individuals to step up and take a huge role in the division as Recruiting Coordinators. It's an extremely fun program that helps you to meet other people while working as a close team. We'd truly appreciate if one or two people would volunteer for the job! CS Leadership comments:
As many of you are aware, we recently brought back Highschool and got rid of Jail. Jail was seeing month after month of inactivity and it has proven to be hard to fill. Some of you made Dropboxes requesting that we bring back Highschool and after much deliberation, we did just that. Some of you have been asking why? Look at it from this view. Jail takes at least 10 people to start an enjoyable game, where as Highschool can take 5. Jail takes at least 4-5 people to start filling it and playing it properly where Highschool can take 2. There's a lot of other Pros VS Cons in the battle of "Why highschool?" and we hope that if you still have any other questions, comments, or concerns, you address them in the Dropbox here.
Come join us in TeamSpeak! Our TeamSpeak rooms have been dead lately, even on the weekends and we want to change that. Using TeamSpeak will help you get noticed by Leadership and it's a great way to bond with us and your division. We may look into doing some sort of Social Hour events on TeamSpeak where CS Leadership & Community Managers will hand out various prizes.

We have recently lost two awesome Leadership members: ExOh and Zimmy. ExOh ran recruiting and Zimmy was a Divisional Leader. Both of them have stepped down in order to focus on real life priorities like college. Please make sure you thank both of them for service not only to our division, but to eGO as well. They will be missed.
