Problem with a name

Hello
A quick question about a name of a player who plays on our Avalanche server.
His name is "Ganja Gun" and I want to know if it counts as an illegal name or can he use it ?
Me and heGe have been trying to get him to change his name just to be on the safe side but he refuses to change it, he says that it is legal. So what are we supposed to do ?
He says that he has had that name for over a year on our servers and no one has said anything about that.

w/k/b if you and another admin both agree the name is against our server rules. If you're both G's either get an O that is on your friends list to come in and handle the ban, use the # to talk across servers to try and get an O that way, or put up a ban request for Leadership to decide.

Don't be afraid to use your admin, you were given the powers for a reason.

It's helpful to have O's in your friends list. Currently I'm an e but whenever I see a problem on a server I send them a steam message and they're always more than welcome to help

Me and heGe tried getting an O member to come help us but none were online and other servers were empty at the time so I decided to make this thread to clarify what has to be done.
We asked him politely to change the name but he didn't listen and started using foul language to us so we kicked him but he kept on logging back on and since we don't have the rights to ban I had to ask for help.
So next time he shows up let's hope there is an O member online somewhere that can deal with him properly!

I do not know what Ganja Gun is. And that's definitely a first I've heard of this term.

I don't believe he'll change it in the near future, after his ban is up. Sad Really.

Well, when you see him next time, remember that each time he joins is a new offense, so you would have to start over with the w/k procedure. If you can in fact get an O to come ban him after that, tell them I asked to make it for a month. I will lessen it if he contests, but a few hours off is not enough to get the point across. Seems he needs a talking to. 1 month = 40320 minutes

Also, as with anything else, feel free to submit a ban request here in the forums. type status in console and copy down his steam id, then plug it in to the request and state what happens. I know many of us check these during the day, usually i bet Megs could get to it by 6am

He has finally changed his name now and everything seems to be fine with him, he has started to respect the admins on our servers so I don't think any ban will be necessary anymore, thank you for the help!

Actually its not all ok, hoho. He Started cursing at me again, and after another kick! so he was Banned for 1 month.
