I hope i can help a lot of people with this.
Only watch if you are having the 5-10 sec stutter problem.
It has nothing to do with your driver from AMD or NVIDEA,
If everything worked fine and suddenly not... This video may help you, It helped me!

How to fix the stutter or stuttering in Battlefield 4 aka BF4.
It was making me crazy after the last update of ORIGIN and BF4. Gamers Ahoy!! The name is Tosh. It's very easy and allready helped a lot of people, Finally after a year, it was a fixable bug. But was hard to find!
And as always... Apply For Duty!
If that didn't Work:

Here's the story:
Using Mantle as a renderer (in AMD GPUs with GCN) caused a boost in FPS but with loads of stuttering (with frames dropping down to 20-30 sometimes) that is quite a nuisance. Despite all the patches released so far (together with the huge marketing campaign tied with Battlefield 4 and Mantle), DICE was unable to track down the real issue (or at least it seems so) that caused this FPS stuttering.
Today I came across a post on Reddit (http://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield_4/comments/2exm2q/finally_mantle_cpu_spike_stutter_fix/). [reddit.com] A guy, named Commansoljah, used a Memory Monitoring software and noticed that a certain file (details given below) was consuming huge amount of memory. This caused CPU spikes and as a result, a FPS stutter.
The fix is to go to the Battlefield 4 folder and locate a file called "WeaponChunks.sb" inside /Data/Win32/ folder and delete/rename/move it.
And, this indeed works and the CPU spikes / FPS stutter magically disappear (I ran the game - vanilla, as well as CTE - with and without the fix). But, this is not a real / proper fix, as deleting/renaming/moving the said file not only results in a few sound effects getting disabled (like swimming in water, 100% defib charge sound, etc.), but also "corrupts" the installation of the game (though without any apparent indication of the same).
NOW, WHAT WE CAN DO IS TO REQUEST DICE TO LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE, AS THE BUG LOCATION HAS BEEN FOUND, AND FIX IT "PROPERLY".
Kudos to the guy (Commansoljah) who spent hours finding out where the bug lied.
Considering Battlefield 4 was the first game to support Mantle and it didn't work quite well, I hope DICE now looks into the matter seriously and bring a proper solution as soon as possible!
P.S. Here's another post on Reddit (http://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield_4/comments/2ey83q/mantle_stutter_explained_for_my_system_anyway/) [reddit.com] that might be helpful to DICE in figuring out the problem. From what I can guess from this post and what I mentioned earlier is that the WeaponChunk.sb file probably loads up into the GPU memory (I might be wrong) and causes the trouble. The more the VRAM, the lesser the stuttering.
P.P.S. From what I observed after applying this "fix", the current implementation (as it seems so) of Mantle renderer in vanilla BF4 is BETTER that its CTE implementation.
Cheers!
