<div style="width: 500px; text-align: center" align="center">Day of Defeat, Counter-Strike, Operation:X - it doesn't matter which division you're in, we are all a part of eGO and we all work together for one common goal: to make eGO the best gaming community.

A big issue we've noticed is the partitioning among our divisions. If you're in one division, you're less likely to travel to or play in another. Why? Some people say they'd feel weird talking to people they don't know, while others think it would make it harder to be promoted. None of that is true!

We encourage everyone to travel outside of their own division and hang out with others. Mingle and make friends across our entire gaming universe. Sign in to TeamSpeak and talk to people you've never met before. Go to the next OP:X Garry's Mod event and meet the members of the OP:X Division or come to TF2's Karaoke Night and sing your heart out.

So please, come out and experience everything eGO has to offer. We promise that you will have the time of your life playing with the members of our outstanding community. We offer an experience like no other. No matter who you are, where you are, or what you do, you are always welcome here. Come game with eGO today and let us make our community even better than before.

I can say this is a great point. I personally started out in TF2 Division many years ago, and have hopped divisions a few times and made quite a few friends in other divisions. My experience in eGO has only gotten better from playing with other divisions, and hanging out in TS or back in the day, Ventrilo.

I thought about TF2 awhile back, but kind of forgot about it. Might be worth a second thought after reading this thread.
