And made a Video Yesterday of all the things we have on the Phantom Room with
everything you need to know about it, A lot of people don't know what to do... so here you are.

What the Developer "jjju" said: Play the game and eventually you will unlock it.
Meaning,you have to play the game and eventually you will unlock the "Frostbite Assignment, and you will be able to get all the perks.

Hey tosh,

If you look at the dog tags left and right the black digital dog tag is in both

also in the video showing the bow when you scan the room you can see the keypad on the door and another keypad on the inner wall
