I spent the last 3 hours searching all the supposed spawning points for a dog tag
can't seem to find one. What happens if there is 4 people that meet all the requirements and then u have other people that don't meet them also in the elevator ? Will it still work ?

No you have to complete all the asignamets.
In the elevator 4 persons with diferent class Reco, etc with a diferent type of futuristic dogtag of final stand (the phantom dogtag too)

So Meeowmix and I went in there with 2 other guys and you only have to each have a differetn dog tag on with all the phantom assignments done + the right side phantom dog tag. However, you don't all need to be different classes I believe. I think we went down with 2 support, 1 medic and 1 recon but 0 engineers.

Classes don't matter. Its dogtags and camos that matter.
