It's the holiday season and first up on the list is Thanksgiving if you're in America. Canadians, please enjoy an extra thanksgiving from us. Everyone else in the world, have a great time and great food on us. We all need a break from gaming once and a while, so why not have a turkey leg with it? Even after food and words of gratitude, there are the Black Friday sales, grab 'em while they're hot.

We Leadership and News Team members at eGO hope you have an awesome thanksgiving feast and time with your families.

Happy Thanksgiving!</div>

I'm not very good with history. Is this the day we felt sorry and gave you freedom?

No, that'd be 4 July.

Thanksgiving originated with the settlers of the Plymouth Colony invited the Wampanoag Indians to a feast to celebrate the colony's first harvest and thank their Creator. George Washington later declared a Thursday in November 1789 to a “public thanksgiving and prayer” devoted to “the service of that great and glorious Being who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be.” It wasn't until 1863 that a national holiday was created by Abraham Lincoln to be observed annually on the fourth Thursday of November.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, make sure to set your scales back 10 pounds!
