Help getting rid of this

[sanders1811]

Last few days I've got a funny noise when playing DOD. it starterd off with adverts and now got these stupid boxes and different mental sounds when playing

I could only get a demo because it wouldnt let me screenshot. Demo is only 50 seconds long and look when I killed the bloke in church. Them little boxes keep appearing

Anyway i can get rid or any help?

Scanned my pc and deleted steam along with all the files and it still doesnt work.

Thanks in advance

The weird noises and strange little boxes that appear are for the DoD:S Gift Grab steam achievement.

If you collect three of the gift boxes you can earn the Steam achievement.

There is no way to get rid of them...you'll just have to wait until January =)

I love them. We should a holiday present competition. I believe the cd division did this last year with a plugin. If you can t turn them off, might as well make it fun.

Once you start hearing gobbling turkeys when they drop, you will always remember those presents as turkeys
