UV Glue

So I am in the process of fixing the lcd display in a HTC EVO 4G LTE phone. I am just hearing about the process of using UV Glue LOCA w/ a UV light, which helps the process of drying an adhesive within a few minutes. Does anyone use this product by chance?

I do not use that product, but I heard it works from my uncle who fixes phones.

I fix everything with duct tape.
