apart of our community I have been wondering I love to cook and well I just saw a pin up that Megs left for someone about bacon panckes and got me thinking about the breakfast sausage and cornbread dogs I do so easy to do just take and follow directions on any jiffy or cornmeal mix batter, cut links in half pour batter into ice trays(+grease trays with pam or butter 1st*) add links then fill up with the batter take out when frozen and fry them puppies up delicious!! lol

I'm not a chef, but I love to cook (especially desserts hahahaha). My husband and I like to try new foods, but our kids sometimes don't... not the best combo. That's why we have the one-bite rule at our house - you have to put it in your mouth and taste it. You don't even have to swallow it if it's gacking you out, but you have to at least try it.

The kids sometimes get irritated at me when I make food they think is gross (anything with mushrooms is completely inedible according to my older son), but when I pull out something new like chicken gyros that they end up liking, they're pretty happy.

I love to cook! Homemade pizza (I even make the dough)and homemade biscuits w/sausage gravy are probably my favorites that everyone thinks I do really well.

I'm not much of a desserts maker, unless you count making something that comes out of a box.

My favorite to do is to use my smoker. Chicken, pork steaks, ribs, fish, veggies, I smoke it all. Plus you get to drink beer and stare at the smoker as it cooks

I took a semester of cooking. I can make some italian dishes like spaghetti a la carbonada. Uses some panchetta.
