DoD:S Recruiting Team Needs Your Help

DoD:S has been building a recruiting team to help boost recruiting efforts within the Division. They had a recruiting meeting recently and if you missed it, you can read the highlights here.

The trio of Lt.Nond, Whoflungpoo, and Stalingrad will be heading up the recruiting program, overseen by Q-tip. The focus is on Quality over Quantity across eGO today and we invite you to look for great new people that will be active in the community. Lt.Nond also has some advice on your recruiting attitude, "Everyone has bad/good days but when recruiting you should have the most fantastical day in the world."

They emphasize the importance of treating people well and that being nice is contagious. A personal, friendly approach is best and they also covered the application process, introducing a new recruit to the community and other important recruiting tips and hints.

There is also the Under Our Wing Program, a recruiting class that takes you right out into the field and shows you how to do it firsthand.

There are four recruiting-based achievements and some recruiting contests upcoming. So keep your eyes on the forums to learn more about these.
