Nice letter, IP! Although I was not particularly aware of how and why the leadership changes occurred this year, I have been very pleased with the way you -- and the rest of the leadership -- handled the difficult transition. I never once felt that our division was falling apart during the change. On the contrary, it seemed like a very well ordered (if not planned) passing of the baton.

I am thankful for our wonderful leadership -- from the lowliest of eGs keeping the servers punk-free, to the dedicated advisors and division leaders that keep our servers running! I am also grateful for all the e-badges and pub players that make our servers so fun to play in

I completely agree with Nomi, as I told you (IP) when first all the changing began. I know a lot of people in the community had a rough time initially in adjusting, but that comes with the end of such a familiar community. EGO is always gonna have changes and leadership has had some pretty fantastic ideas to make it as smooth as possible. I, for one, am very pleased with how everything is going at the moment. (Although I've been pretty absent I have kept up in the news)

In short, thanks to IP for the great words/division leading and to leadership for everything you've done/will do!!
