What would be cool for Steam

If they did a currency system for achievements and levels, separate from everything now that lets you buy certain games for a few days, Like buy 3 day trials but with completing certain steam/game tasks.
This is a 3am concept, so be gentle.

What would be great would be Steam granting us a 24-hour refund system, like Origin's Great Game Guarantee. I kinda regret buying Watch_Dogs. Haha. If im not mistaken, Steam doesn't offer it.

Pros: It'd be great for those who bought a game, then the next day it goes on sale.

Cons: You have people like me that'd beat the game in a day. (Which could just return the game afterwards)
You'd also have those naughty pirates buying the game, cracking the steam online requirement, then returning the game for their money back.

Either way, i don't foresee this becoming an option purely because of the last Con.

As for the refund system, they should go in depth and see how far you played the game, how many achievements and such.
If you don't have a lot of play time or anything unlocked, Steam should return the game.
