Regarding hackers circumventing bans

I just want to let everybody know that this issue has finally been resolved. It was a rather simple fix once the problem was found, but any admin who has been in the situation where they ban a hacker in server and they immediately rejoin again and again, rest easy. These trouble makers will no longer be able to threaten the integrity of our servers. From now on, any hacker or any rule breaker needing a ban for that matter, will STAY banned. There are no more ways around it, meaning nobody has to "chain shift" around the clock while the hackers are in the server. Keep up the good work everybody. e's as well as the rest. Happy Holidays.
