Besides if you don't support games like Patapon you will continue to get games like this.

It's only $20 and also it's your duty as a gamer.

I've been playing Patapon, and wow it's fun! Hard though, I seem to get the beat just right but a lot of the time it says I didn't. I'm sorta getting the hang of it, though.

My point exactly. I want to make that clear that I was not saying to go and get denied ops. I was saying that not supporting well designed unique games like Patapon means developers will continue to make crap like denied ops. As for Red Comet try tapping you foot with the beat of the song. I'm not all the way through, but it looks like everything is in common time. That will really help with things like the transition into fever mode where the song stops for a measure.

In the "support innovative games" category, I'd strongly suggest "Shadow of the Colossus" and "Okami" as a fine way to spend a few bucks. Okami, in particular, was just mind-boggingly good. Heck, I finished playing it on the PS2, and now that it's being re-relased for the Wii, I'm considering buying it again!

I still need to get a PSP, if I do I can get rid of mah phone and start using skype!

Is that by the same team that made Locoroco?

That was an excellent game. I've stopped playing it, just because I don't want it to end... (false economy I know)

Arrrgghh.... If only my PSP wasn't in California (My grandma came to visit during Winter Break, and I left it in her car). I want this game really badly.

Go ahead and throw in Ico while your at it.

Yes! Ico and Shadow of the Colossus are actually related. If you finish Shadow of the Colossue, you get a little treat that shows you where the two games are related.

Speaking of Shadow of the colossus secrets did you get to the top of the tower flippy?

Yup, same guys who did Loco Roco.

Wow, I just got this yesterday, and already spent many hours playing it :D
Thanks for making this thread!

Oh yeah. I finished the whole game and was awash in the majesty of it all. The final couple of colossi are tough, but with some persistence, they can be conquered. It's a very rewarding ending, and one worth getting through to.

Hmm, I need to build up my patapon army, I can't seem to beat the Desert Behemoth.

Do you have Kibapon yet? or is that the stage that you get them from? Either way the worm type bosses do suck at this point in the game. If you don't have Kibapon yet though you should just use your Yaripon to create a buffer between the boss and the archer/spear thrower patapon. then just use the defense song to wear him down. Make sure you use the tree to get wood resources. I went quite a few stages before I realized something was wrong and I wasn't getting any wood to make more troops.

I watched the trailer yesterday, and boy that looked boring... I don't have a PSP, but if I had one, I wouldn't get it anyway.
