Can we all get together tomorrow and talk? Seems like its been a bit since we have done so. Maybe tomorrow @ 8 and while that is happening do a recruiting drive?

Well that is a little bit short notice for a drive viktor. we had a weeks worth of notice and no one showed up. One day is sure to yield nothing, and I dont want to go thru that again.
Here it is. Sorry to be so gloomy, but we need to kick ourselves in the back side and get on the same page here. We rolled out this new program, had good attendance to the class, and since then, NOTHING.
We have ONE PERSON in the recruiting contest. ONE. This is not good. Come on guys, in order for us to be successful, we HAVE to be able to work together! This is not that much of a commitment, but it IS one all the same. Can you not all agree to come and play for one freaking hour? Do you want to be recruiters, or not? If not, let me know and I will remove you.
BOTTOM LINE-
The program we have will work, as long as all of you believe in it and participate in it. If not, which so far is happening, its just the 4 of us. And we cant do it without you guys. Without new recruits, our division dies. without new recruits, and better numbers, do you think they will continue to keep our servers up to date? think they will make sure that we all have a comfy place to play? It costs money. If we are a dying division, and not fighting to keep it afloat, they will let us hang ourselves!
Please! I beg you! If you are on the recruiting team, stop standing idly by. Attend the meetings, attend the drives. set aside one stinking hour, to help our cause, or it all goes away.

I agree with you Tip. I think it would be a good idea to discuss this with everyone is TS so they understand what they are accountable for when being on the recruiting team. I'm guilty as well, I've showed up to both recruiting classes then real life problems kept me from coming to drives but I won't let it happen again! As a group we play a lot of DOD:S. Start building ties with the pubs! We don't want our division to be removed do we? Let's get back to work on this ASAP!
Im sorry Viktor, I think I may be out of line here... but Im tired of discussing and planning. we have done that over and over to just be disappointed. We can talk and talk about whats good for the division, and what we need to do, but we are not doing it! I am not degrading anyone here, please, I implore everyone... do not suggest ways that we could do it. do not offer opinions on what we should do. ACT.

Guys the fact is this game is getting older and older, it doesn't look like there will be an improved version anytime soon so we need to keep this division going with what we have. I personally love this division and think there is none like it in the organisation. I will be on later today around 1-4 est recruiting myself if people want to join me i can help you with it. We need to up our efforts because as tip said, one person from the classes we held is not enough. Also Viktor, you have been doing a great job and want you to keep it up. It hasn't gone unnoticed. Feel free to join me later and any members who aren't apart of our new recruiting program can feel free to join as well and have a chat. I will be on in ts in some channel just join with me and have some fun.

Contact myself if you want to take the recruiter class for the first time or again. A larger class will be scheduled within the near future, but our focus RIGHT NOW is in sever recruiting. Join Stalin or request to be taken into the field and shown the ropes of recruiting.
Just because their isn't a drive, doesn't mean you don't have to recruit. I admire how Viktor is leading by example and is working very hard to acquire more recruits, but we really need to search out more of those gem players in server, even if no one else is present. The classes, the threads, us hopping into server to help recruit, all are different ways to help our members become more proactive and learn all the essential elements to the recruiting/application process. The problem isn't attendance at our meetings or classes, but it's our recruiters applying that knowledge in server.
Everyone sure talks a mean game at that class we had, but when it comes to actually putting that into practice, well it's joke, and not a very funny one at that...

I'd be more then happy to take the small class if it would help. I'm sorry your plans havent worked out the way you wanted. Unfortunately as Viktor said, Real life gets in the way. But it comes first and often (in my case) keeps me from this division. Im sure your Recruiters are trying or Want to try.
I know the Avalanche Pubs rather well as i admin it more then any of the other servers. Im sure i could recruit a few decent players.

Awesome! Yeah the class won't be as long as last time and you will be able to see each stage of each process now. Everyone knows this is a team effort, which is why we can't do this without everyone being involved and participating. I agree more than anyone real life comes first and you shouldn't feel stressed or bad if you are doing legit sh*t (work, having fun, family stuff, whatever) This is more directed at people who TALK about recruiting, but when in server nothing happens. Now i'm not calling out anyone or everyone, because I know people try and talk to countless people, making many relationships, but don't get a recruit. YOU'RE AWESOME! and you're trying! Thats what we want and not always what we get to see.
And see that's what we're looking for, a few decent players, we don't need a big horde or trying to compete for numbers. Quality over Quantity!

I spoke to a few people but they are all like yeah at some point we will join Mainman is one Bingler is another I like AMD2, and Bettle Baily and Yoda as also potentials maybe yall could work on them I have approached only Bing and Mainman thus far

Mainman and Yoda are good Regular Pubs. They'd make great =(e)='s. Keep it up!
When me and Boyle got the rotation server going a couple of times last week late into the night we had a guy that was interested and we told him about eGO. Same thing about 3-4 weeks ago had a guy who was interested, but I haven't had contact with them since. It's just a once and a blue moon to get one. I haven't really been on much because of my headset and its issues, so I've been sidetracked into other games non-ego related.
