This is a forum of one of the servers we went to for the Road Trip. Interesting how we got this attention, but when they looked at Gordon Freeman's YouTube and saw the Useless Medics vid, I hope some of them didn't get a negative thought of us.

This source comes from a thread in which they wanted to scrim us, in which we had to turn down based on rules.

I just saw that thread. It's kind of funny to read some of their comments. I have no idea how Romantic found that server, but the map was certainly interesting.

Who knows? Maybe we'll attract some new members from this post and the road trip.

Those were some nice map choices for whoever was picking them out. Those were pretty cool custom maps. Favorite part had to be the all HW guy. Always wondered what that would be like.

I like how the OP was found all these guys, not exploiting but...

I guess thats the scariest part of joining a server you admin and finding 20 people with the same tag because your initial though is oh #%&* there here to mess with my server.

I'm glad yall had a good time. I got so excited when I got my G that I was going to be able to go. Then I got a call to go grab some dinner with friends and totally forgot about it! Oh well, next time!!!

LOL, that's awesome! I can't wait until I get my G and can join in. Going around from server to server as a group like that is a GREAT way to promote who we are and to get the name out there in the community. Especially if everyone is following our rules appropriately and showing everyone that you can have a blast without being rude or crude. Whoever started the first roadtrip had a great idea and I hope you guys keep these going for a long time!
