Elder Scrolls Online drops subscription

Im def going to be giving this bad boy a try. And yes we all did see this coming. I cant believe wow still charges a subscription. But thats a conversation for another time =D
I knew that this was going to happen at some point.
There is still going to be a subscription based deal going on to have all the DLC content and a lot of extra stuff and to keep the DLC content and extra you need to keep the sub or you will loose the content. It is just going to be like WoW, seeing as you can only level so much if you don't have a sub with them.
The only thing you need to do is buy the game which is going to be $60, but if you already have the game then it is irrelevant. I think that it is really dumb because I would like all the extra content but in order to do that I will have to pay for a one, three or six month subscription. Buying the game and being a ESO Plus member is not that great.
I might get the game eventually. I would have liked it if they announced that there is going to be DLC content for the people that don't have ESO Plus, and everything with ESO Plus.

Pretty tough crowd here... but April 16th there's going to be a free weekend for people who were in the beta but didn't buy the game.
If you are going to use the offer, send me a pm here please. I'm trying to get 6 people into the dead guild I'm in... I could really use the guild bank functionality that unlock at 10 members but there are only 4 members of which the other 3 are in-actives (I think). Doesn't really matter if you stop playing after the weekend because I'm pretty sure the other guildmembers have lapsed subscriptions but they're still in the guild... even I lapsed my my subscription in October (had to make a choice between ESO and my premium membership of PlanetSide 2 so I could get to BR100 faster*
and I was still a member of the (dead) guilds when I returned when it went buy to play... except for the active guilds which rightfully kicked me. In fact it's better if you don't play after the free weekend because it will mean more guild bank space for me! It beats paying 90k gold for 40 extra slots in bag and personal bank.
