TF2 - Replay

Hello All,

I have disabled replay as of right now due to it causing all of the crashes on our servers.

L 01/24/2015 - 00:30:41: * Logging in and uploading.....................L 01/24/2015 - 00:31:41: Engine error: Host_Error: WatchdogHandler called - server exiting.

ERROR: Publish timed out after 60 seconds.

We use the FTP method and apparently it doesn't like it. We will be switching to the HTTP method soon. I just don't have time to fix it atm.
