I get that in eGO severs as well, in addition to invisible pyros, headless engineers, ?bercharged players and sentries who really aren't, etc.

I play on Valve servers more and I don't think its the fact that it's a Valve server, just TF2 being broken xP

That is what I was going to say next, but I guess the point is it shouldn't happen at all.

I have been seeing a lot more glitches lately, especially with invisible weapons.

I'm having the opposite problem, I've been seeing people holding 2-3 weapons at the same time. Do they have their primary equipped? Are they trying to melee me? I can't tell.

When Valve fixed Demoman's Stickynote bodygroup and Soldier's rocket bodygroup they also borked up EVERY CLASS' weapon holding bg.

That is what I was going to say next, but I guess the point is it shouldn't happen at all.

Considering TF2's version of Source is now 8 years old with a unholy amount of additions that were stacked upon it and were never originally intended (1114 cosmetics, I checked the wiki on that one) and Source even in it's natural state is essentially goldsrc which is glorified quake engine. So essentially 20 years of gum, twine, and duct tape holding the old girl together.

Of course as one noteworthy commentator said:

"If you sit on a 20 year old stitched together couch, it's not your fault (nor can you be surprised or even upset) when a couple springs pop out."

The Source engine is kind of derpy to begin with. TF2 just pushes it to its limits.
