I'm not sure if it will work without the cassette drive.

I'm sorry to say that without a telephone interface modulator/demodulator you are not going to be able to get on ANY servers.

I just played a whole bunch more - definitely a good game but not at this price for me.
I will get it once it drops down to $30 or less.
