Tech Help Need some tech support.

I am out of ideas so I'll just get right to it. My PC runs Windows 8 and it will not boot into windows. The only thing I can access is the BIOS. When I let the computer turn on and everything it just sits at the ASUS screen for awhile. Then says there's a problem and it needs to restart. It restarts and I get Automatic Repair Fix on the screen and then just goes to a blank black screen. I've let it sit over 24 hours no change or response to commands. I've tried Shift-F8 to see I can boot into Safe Mode nothing. The PC itself came with no install disk or recovery disk.
 
Can you give us some system specs? And were there any changes made to software or hardware before this started occuring?
 
Nothing hardware wise was changed the last thing I did was Tab out of MechWarrior Online and then came back exited and restarted my PC. Then what it's doing now.
 
I only have one hardrive in this PC. And I have to use the onboard video card to even see anything on the screen before it just goes to the blank black screen. My AMD card doesn't work when plugged in.
