Umm..why 850 watt power supply?
If your running single card 700 watt is plenty enough

I've always used 800-850 watt PSUs in all my previous system build. I didn't add/include any SSDs or SATA Hard drives yet. I'd just like to be able to add anything else eg: Lighting (cathode ray tubes,LED fans) I'd rather be on safe side than sorry & memory is incorrect as it should read quad channel for Intel systems. The build has to last me at least 2-5 yrs as I have two kids & you know how that goes, they want food, clothing, medicine, bday & Christmas presents lol.

Can I ask why you are spending 300 euros on motherboards? Is there something that you really need in these super expensive motherboards. They don't give you any extra performance.I would skip the sound cards as you can't really hear the difference. That is if your headphones don't require you to have one.
If you are going to blow that kind of money all around then get a GTX 980. Should last you 5 years at least.

Okay , but I think still its an overkill. I'm running an i5 2500k OCed to 4.2. Running 2 HDDs 1 SSD, 3 fans , soundcard and gtx 780 SC edition. All of these running on 650 watt PSU. This been running for 3 years now. If I were you I would go for 750watt at most

I choose system 2 Intel.

A. It's intel :) #enoughsaid
B. It's more future proof with that processor
C. I have the ASUS Sabertooth X79 LGA 2011 too, and it rocks! I must admit it's kinda over-kill, but I love the layout of the motherboard.

I wouldn't worry to much about sound cards, unless your hooking it up to a surround sound. The GTX 970 or 980 will do awesome for next gen games. I have the GTX 970 and wow, it kicks butt on all games on Ultra, doesn't get too hot either thats a plus. If the Nvidia 9 series is too much money, go with the 8 series, they are good too, just not on Ultra, but most people don't HAVE to game on ultra to have fun.

for the card that I bought, kinda pricey, but im a junky for cards. :O

There is no 800 series for the desktop only 700 and 900 are the latest two.

Price difference is minor between 750 - 800 watt PSU, the lil extra might come in handy because my kids & I love LED lights. DJ TTK funds are in Canadian funds. PS3 is rotting my brain..death to consoles. Thank you for the info/advice hopefully in about 1.5-2 months I should be up & running. Laptop I'm using is on its way out & my S3 smartphone keyboard too tiny or else I'd been on more but I let kids use it till it dies. Thanks again.

Well aparently that motherboard is just super expensive in Finland O.o
194.99 = 138.203 euros....
I converted the price and it is good I guess. Go for it if you want that motherboard. It looked very expensive do.

For an I7 based build the rig is pretty decent few things however i would be like to point out because depending what you do can save some unnecessary expenses.

The I7 4790k for example unless you are doing a lot of multithread applications will hardly show any benefit over the cheaper i5 4690k ( typed wrong numbers before lol) and can save 100$. Also videocard wise what are you doing and resolution do you plan to play at. Reason i ask this is 1920 by 1080 is typical 1080p and some of these higher end cards are now designed for higher res and adds a unecessary price tag to :)

Hmm..I beg to differ some of newer games recommended using an i7

Which games may i ask up till now i havent seen any game take advantage of the i7 over the i5 and the 3 that claimed they did only got 3-5 fps diff ie 86 instead of 90 fps lol.

I don't know about the statistics. But games like watchdog, shadow of mordor had i7 listed in there requirements.

The system is strictly for gaming & minor surfing. The reason that I'd like to do a good build is so that I can play my games & upcoming games for awhile with excellent graphics for once. I play anything from CS,DOD series,COD series(single/multiplayer)BF2,BFBC2,BF3 & BF4 when I get it & basically any FPS.

Ya i understand pedro that is why i was asking. Currently the I5 handles everything. Event the games that claim they take advantage of the i7 don't really yet and have extremely minor fps differences/ load times over the i5. That was why i was asking. Its impossible to know what the future holds as far as processors but really even the older I7 /920 handles pretty much any game so far still and they been around 5-6 years same with the older i5 second gen. The changes in processors has been very minor in years and the multicores are really not properly handled gaming wise even by the few titles that recommends the i7. The game developers really don't take advantage of it and the i5 is just as good. Obviously i can't gaurantee that will last forever i just wanted to make you aware incase that i7 was causing you to miss out in other more important hardware options:)

Also to wise those games all run perfectly fine on the i5 easily specially the 4690k:)

Okay the SYSTEM build #1 with the i7 4790k would be like the ultimate Fathers Day,Bday & Christmas treat for me & yes I realize that I'd save some money but I can afford it & still feed my monsters (kids) lol. What if I go this route & just buy a good graphics card, would this be okay? Opinions matter I can take criticism! I have 4- 80GB Sata III & 2- 1 TB Sata III hard drives that are in excellent condition & other used parts to recycle.

that pc you linked is most definately NOT a good deal for a gaming pc.

You need to get a geforce 970 or 980 with the pc specs you put if moneys not an issue. A graphic card is an absolute must for gaming:) the 210 in that pc is not a gaming videocard at all.

That pc wont be able to fit a good graphic card let alone power it up.

Going to support Matt and Wize on this; that computer is a waste of money if you go for it. Separately...

Windows 7 "mainstream support" has already been discontinued in January 2015. That means MS will not longer supply non-security hot fixes unless you have an extended support agreement. All warranty claims end and MS will not accept requests for new features/designs.

Extended Warranty support ends on January 14, 2020. No more security or reliability patches will be released at that point (which is what finally ended XP).

The good news is that those who have a qualifying Windows 7/8/8.1 OS will be allowed a free upgrade to Windows 10 when it is released. (All I can find on those NOT qualifying are owners of Windows 7/8/8.1 Enterprise and Windows RT/RT8.1)
