Bad weather

Anybody else getting hammered with super bad weather - here in Kentucky we are getting record breaking low temps - below zero - and a lot of snow -I got 12" of snow yesterday which is a bunch for around here -global warming???

I'm in northern Georgia and we got hit with some ice and freezing rain. It's mostly cleared up now.

Right above you in Indiana. Got 5 inches or so and they say more is coming. What part of KY you in? I lived in Lexington for a minute.

well all of you greedy people are taking all the moisture from the whole country and concentrating it all over on the east side. We were supposed to have rain, and instead, a sunny 82 degrees all week. Its torture!

Day 48: The weather has been very hard to live with these last few weeks. I had to make the sacrifice of zipping off my convertible pants to turn them into shorts in order to survive the horribly temperate mid 70's here in Southern California. I also had to dip into my spring sunscreen stash to avoid a mild sunburn. I don't know if I can make it into March without a tan... all is lost.

This is great. But here in MD, I had no school yesterday because of the 8inch snow added onto the 4 we already had. And the high today is 12, with a wind chill of around 0.

Here in Queensland, we're bracing ourselves for a cyclone and flash flooding so... should be interesting!

20 degrees here in Jersey with a wind chill of 4. Tonight the low is supposed to be -5, with a windchil of close to -10. Imagine fighting a war in this! I wrote my senior thesis on How The Weather Effected Operation Barbarossa and it forever changed my way I think about weather. All I think about now is the horrible conditions soldiers had to fight in and the horrible conditions Holocaust survivors had to go through in order to survive. Insane. Stay warm everyone!
