Thought it was interesting and wanted to share. Usually the boiling of an egg isn't entertaining(especially a video of it) but this japanese chef sure knows how to add a spin to it(or more as in the vid).
Whoever wants to try it out make sure you spin that egg for a couple of good minutes to get that inside out egg. At the end of the video he'll show a successful(yolk at the outside whites inside) and a failed egg(all yellow- due to not spinning enough- the yolk wont separate completely from the whites and you'll have a boiled scrambled egg)
