What I got up to this weekend...

On Saturday, I had the wonderful chance to get onto the water, the first time in over 3 years. The local group, called Taymara- had one of their vessels in for repair, and subsequently a week or two later had to be launched and docked along the river. Gave me the chance to help out, and command the helm of this lovely, ex-customs/police/pilot vessel.

Am I horrible for hoping to hear you woke up to a bear in your house? :P
 
The vessel, "Badger", is currently in service as a sightseeing and maritime training vessel. During the Spring/Summer months is goes up the River Tay for Dolphin and Seal-spotting excursions.
And depending on what is available, used to help train people on how to navigate and handle a vessel- within the North Sea, as well as navigating the River Tay. :thumbup1:
