Dayz vs H1Z1

Any suggestions on which one is the best?

h1z1 or Arma2/Operation Arrowhead, DayZ standalone isn't worth it yet.

I like H1Z1 a lot better so far, the controls are a major plus over DayZ. Personally, the downfall of DayZ is the glitchy controls and all that fun stuff. I've played H1Z1 for 20 or so hours but its been pretty fun so far, its definitely worth the $20.

hmm DayZ has a lot of bugs....H1Z1 is a ripoff imo.

Why is H1z1 a ripoff? The game will be free to play when it has a full release, as far as game-play, it is like DayZ with pluses like controls. Unless you want to bug test and be heavily involved in the making of H1Z1, i would wait on H1Z1.

DayZ is like the arma mod, but with less content and more bugs atm.

If you buy h1z1 now, you get to contribute to the games development, and I'm sure they will give you added benefits once the game gets it's full free to play release. I would buy it, but I don't have the money. I've heard the game is well worth the 20$.

In reality, it comes down to your playstyle. If you're more of a passive/friendly type of player in games like these, DayZ may be more of a game to look into. H1Z1 really consists of player vs. player. Where dayz on the other hand includes more interaction with other players compared to its rivals. Not only that, there are roleplay servers for DayZ which propose new experiences if that's what you're looking for. I personally would recommend DayZ over H1Z1, only because I love interacting with players instead of straight pvp

I have both and I like both of the games. DayZ standalone is going to take forever to hit Beta. H1Z1 will probably hit it faster. Difference is Dayz has more of a in depth realism feeling where is H1z1 feels like a simplified version of Dayz.

I got the game today and I have played less than an hour and I think that the game is worth more than $20.

I really like the Battle Royale thing they got and also the PvP and PvE servers separate.

I will be playing this game a lot in the future and yeah

Hope that more people play the game and get a group going to play on one of the servers.
Whoever has the game now I would like to play at some point

Dayz is it for me. I feel like everything else after is just an imitation. I can't tell you how many heart pumping moments ive had in dayz. I really didnt like how h1z1 felt or played. I kinda feel like its the call of duty of survival games. Blegh.

So last night I played and 6 out of 10 deaths were from Asian Hackers. Wtf...

I own both and I can personally say that I prefer H1Z1 over Dayz. The gameplay alone is leagues better, even though both games can be a bit boring and tedious at times.

I started playing H1Z1 and ran into a guy in a PvE server who had a machete and I had a bow. And I'd been in for an hour and he'd been in for weeks and didn't know how or why I had a bow...

-_-; I laughed. TS is a definite must for either game, as the in-game chat is quiet. The game is rough though, if you're high-strung like me. I bought it and can't imagine playing much without anyone else... lol.
