Counter-Strike: Source Blocking VAC system?

Hello,
Today i got an meesage saying my computer is blocking VAC system and im not sure why?
I have been playing on eGO server since i started playing and never got this message but for my surprise i got this error today.

I have added 2nd screen and an bluetooth keyboard to my laptop so that i can watch something while i play. I'm not sure eahts happeneing but i would appreciate any help.

When did you last restart your computer?

Repair the Steam Service
This may also indicate a Steam Service failure. Please try repairing the Steam Service:
Exit Steam.
Click Start > Run (Windows Key + R)
Type the following command:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair

(If you have installed Steam to another path, please replace C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam with the correct path.)

This command requires administrator privileges and may take a few minutes.
Launch Steam and test the issue again.

Thanks guys but i figured out what was wrong, i had installed 3rd party home button for windows 8 to try it out and bring start menu back. I like Windows 8 but i was on Windows 10 Tech preview for last 3 months and after using that Windows 8 feels ancient. So i decided to install 3rd party start menu and that program was blocking VAC system for some reason.
So i un-installed the program and reinstalled CSS and problem solved. But VALVE is certifiably stupid and greedy and doesn't fix anything.

Anyway thanks for suggestions.
