Hi guys, I've been seriously thinking about my next upgrade which is due very soon. It's been a couple years since I built my first computer, and I'm ready to increase my FPS in BF4. I know what I'm going to get, either a r7 260x or a r9 270x. It's going to have to depend on when I look up benchmarks, and see the performance difference on the 2 cards. I'm not looking for a nvidia card really. About my PSU I currently have a Corsair CX430 in my build now, and I need to upgrade for both cards. I'm leaning towards a CX600 as it's only $10 more over the CX500 and it would run both cards regardless of which I pick. So, does anyone have a used but in very good to like new condition (any brand) r7 260x or a r9 270x? I don't have a preference on the brand. If you have one of these you would like to sell, I would appreciate a reply with the brand and the amount of GDDR3/GDDR5 ram it has and the clock and what you are looking to get for it. I think I will just buy the PSU brand new. That way I don't need to worry about capacitor aging. Thanks!

If you're looking for used, you might want to start at Ebay or something and go from there. If you're looking for new, I would go with the R9 270X if those are the two options you're giving yourself.

I just bought a R9 290 Tri-X, 4 GB for $300.

What is your budget?

Check out www.pcpartpicker.com. Log in and put in what you're wanting as your video card and it should give you a list of availability and prices.

i was going to see what my options were with people on here. i hadnt thought of ebay ill check them out. im just looking to upgrade my pc with a card to get more than 20 fps in bf4 on the very lowest settings in a minimized window.

i got a PNY XLR8 GeForce GTX 960 with 2GB and GDDR5. Its running just about everything I toss at it at max settings. If your not going to be playing above 1080p, i recommend it and its DirectX12 ready. Its a mid-range card and it just came out Late January. It was $199 on newegg but I only paid $100 with a gift card I had from dell.
