Super Troopers 2 Being funded now

So broken Lizard makers of Super Troopers and Beerfest are currently funding Super Troopers 2 as of the time of this post they have already met their goal. Any additional money they make now is stated to go towards making the movie better. I donated to get my copy. That will be hilarious... Between this and Tudyk / Fillion's new web-series Con Man getting funded, I'm excited. :D

I'm surprised it got funded that well quite honestly. Don't get me wrong though, it was a decent comedy. Hopefully it will be a better sequel, but it's rare for a sequel to do better than the previous film or films.
 
Machinima mentioned something on this that they are having a fund raiser thing but why would they need that if the first one was a success?
Either way I am happy for it to be funded and in the works. Really hope they do this one better which will be very hard to do.
 
I saw that about a week ago. I'm glad because I thought the first one was HILARIOUS!

Agreed. A sequel that isn't similar or better in quality than the first its hurts the reputation of them all. I could think of several games, especially of late, that fall into to that category...
