ok since subartic and i always say "spys a sappin ma poodle" i believe valve should make that a reality. Engineers should be able to build a mechanical poodle that can distract sentries and serve as a decoy to be destroyed. just throwing it out there !lol

i cant tell if you being serious lol... i dont know about a poodle but mabye something else... i have no idea what but i like the concept i think it would be a good idea

Maybe not a poodle, it wouldn't fit in much. But maybe like a robotic teammate, whose only purpose is take sentry fire. Or bring back EMP's from TFC

Ooooh! That opens the floodgates of good ideas. I've mentioned barbed wire/motion sensors before in another post ("TF3" one I think), but a remote controlled bot would be awesome. Giving the engineer a remote controlled sticky bomb defuser or something else would enhance the gameplay. It'd be a nice addition on top of the medic achievements, if those go over well (or actually happen). You'd have to sacrifice having teleporters, but you get a toy to play with in exchange. The robot poodle (I forgot it was a cat, but what's the real difference anyway?) was already introduced in No One Lives Forever 2 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NOLF_2 to distract guard dogs (If you haven't played, then please pour a tall glass of water on your power supply, especially if you enjoy playing as a spy in TF2 as that is the entire point of the NOLF series).

Actually along those lines.. my 7 year old had a neat idea for Engineer... How about an unlockable toolbox... one he can WHOOP upside someone's head!!! Now that is a melee weapon!!! =)
