Im sure my title kind of peaked your curiousity. Wait, has Nintendo made a new version that I dont know about? No, Nintendo hasnt made a new version that isnt in a Game Informer magazine or other console based magazine.
However, either 1 guy or a small team of programmers set it upon themselves to transform the original NES game into a FPV. The title is simple, however the gameplay changes the whole dynamic of how you played the game as a kid. Instead of playing it on a console (im sure there are some that play it via emulator on their computer now), this time around its on your computer, but not intentionally side scrolling.
Ok, enough with my talk, heres the spill: the name of the game is correct and unlike Nintendo, who is always out for profit on their own namesake, this game is (get this) FREE. Yay, another free game! So enough with me, go after it: http://zerofolio.com/portfolio/gamedev/super/
