Help me with my survey?

=(eGO)= Zombie Fondue of TF2 Division here.

I have a request to make of you. I am currently working on a research project for one of my classes, and video gamers are my target population. I need people to complete an online survey in order to gather data for the analysis part of my project. Do you think you could help me out? 

The survey can be accessed via the link below. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes (depending on how long you take thinking about each question) and your identity will remain anonymous.

P.s.: Please do not attempt to take the survey twice over, as it will mess up the data. One survey per person!
